MDS / Premium Floor Lapping

The MDS Lapidary System is based on the vitrification of the cement floor through polishing using a sequence of 11 diamond, copper and resin abrasives (36 to 3000), adding to its system the application of a surface densifier that has fluorosilicate in its composition of sodium, magnesium or lithium (when extreme shine is required) providing the floor with greater resistance and shine.

Features and advantages of MDS Lapping

Excellent aesthetic finish. Increased resistance to abrasion by up to 40%. Increased brightness by up to 30%. 80% reduction in cleaning and maintenance costs. Does not require curing time, after treatment it can operate on the floor. of closed porosity, reducing permeability. It eliminates dust from the concrete. It does not mark with forklift wheels and carts.

application areas

Supermarket Wholesale and Retail.Distribution center.Warehouses.Parking areas.Industries of the most diverse segments.Recovery of cementitious floors above 25MPA.Majority of ornamental stones (under evaluation).

Semi-Lapidary of Cement Floors

Semi-Lapidation is a process of semi-vitrification of the floor through polishing using a sequence of 07 diamond, copper and resin abrasives (36 to 200), adding in its system the application of surface densifier that has in its composition sodium and/or magnesium, providing the floor with greater resistance and a satin gloss appearance.

Features and advantages of Semi-Lapidary

Satin finish with moderate to matt shine. Increased abrasion resistance by up to 25%. 80% reduction in cleaning and maintenance costs. Does not require curing time, after treatment it can operate on the floor. permeability. It eliminates dust from the concrete. It is not a coating, therefore it does not generate displacement and delamination.

application areas

Supermarket wholesale and retail. Distribution center. Warehouses. Parking lots. Industries of the most diverse segments. Cement floors above 25MPA. Most ornamental stones (under evaluation).

Diamond Polishing - Surface Thinning

The surface thinning system consists of polishing with metallic abrasives (Zero to 400, according to the floor's needs), adding to its system the application of a surface densifier that has sodium and/or magnesium fluorosilicate in its composition, providing the floor with greater resistance, resulting in a smooth and resistant surface.

Characteristics and advantages of Diamond Polishing.

Refines the surface. Eliminates dust from the concrete. Reduction in cleaning and maintenance costs. Increases resistance to abrasion on the floor surface. Does not require curing time, after treatment it can operate on the floor. It is not a coating, therefore it does not generate displacement and delamination.

application areas

Floors that suffered from rain when polishing. Floors that were not finished during their execution. Floors that need a smooth surface to carry out activities. Cement floors above 20MPA.

Diamond Cleaning

The Diamond Cleaning system consists of surface polishing with metallic abrasives (120 to 400 according to the floor's needs), adding to its system the application of a surface densifier that has sodium and/or magnesium fluorosilicate in its composition, providing the floor with greater resistance , finish with industrial wax that results in a satin shine.

Characteristics and advantages of Diamond Cleaning.

Cleans and refines the surface Eliminates dust from concrete Reduces cleaning and maintenance costs. It does not require curing time, after treatment it can be operated on the floor. It is not a coating, so it does not generate peeling or delamination.

application areas

Post-construction cleaning. Removal of incrustation of paint, plaster, earth, rust, among others. Any cementitious floor with a polished surface above 20MPA.

Joint Treatment - Polymeric Lip

The Polymeric Lip Treatment system is made using a three-component epoxy-based mortar with mineral and metallic aggregates, which was developed for the recovery or reinforcement of joints in areas of intense traffic and frequent impacts.

Characteristics and advantages of the Polymeric Lip.

Recovers cracked joint (broken edge). Compression resistance >80MPA Adherence to the floor >2MPA Release for light traffic in 4 hours and heavy traffic in 12 hours. Reinforces joints and corners of floors with high traffic. Reduces expenses with joint maintenance. machine maintenance cost.

application areas

Ideal for construction joints.Groughened joints.Joints subject to overloads.Joints that suffer from abrasion.Floor with heavy traffic from forklifts and carts.

Joint Treatment – PU / Semi-rigid Epoxy Sealant.

Treatment of Joints using PU Sealant or Semi-Rigid Epoxy, its main purpose is to promote the sealing of joints, preventing penetration of dirt, chemicals used in cleaning and water, the aforementioned aggressive agents that facilitate the breakdown of joints

Features and benefits semi-rigid PU / Epoxy sealant

Sealing the joints, blocking dirt and liquids. Resistant to low temperatures (cold chambers). High chemical resistance. Prevents early cracking of the joints. PU, approximate elongation of 500%, following the movement of the floor.

application areas

Sawed and meeting joints. Joints for cementitious and resin floors. Joints for facades and internal floors.

Coating - Epoxy / Polyurethane

The Epoxy / Polyurethane Coating system, classified as RAD (high performance coating), is a bicomponent compound based on epoxy / polyurethane resin that is commonly indicated for areas with greater need for aesthetic appeal, in addition to offering chemical and mechanical resistance.

Epoxy and Polyurethane application options

Airless Painting (Smooth Finish and greater thickness – Above 300 Microns). Roll Painting (Orange Peel Finish – Thickness above 150 Microns). traffic and need for greater resistance to abrasion). Self-leveling (High thickness systems above 1 mm).

Characteristics and advantages of Epoxy and Polyurethane

Fast application. Release for light traffic in 24 hours and heavy traffic in 48 hours. Solvent-free. High chemical and mechanical resistance. Several colors. cleaning cost.Revitalizes worn floors.Low maintenance cost.

application areas

Parking lots and garages.Industries.Aseptic environments.Workshops and dealerships.Floors that need recovery and revitalization.Laboratories.Quadras.

Coating – Urethane

The urethane coating system, classified as RAD (high performance coating), is a three-component, urethane-based compound with antibacterial properties. It has good aesthetic appeal and offers high chemical and mechanical resistance.

Urethane Application Options
